Originally from a Commercial background, Ryan has over 15 years’ experience in the MEP construction industry with the last 7 years in the UAE and the last 4 years with Khansaheb.
Ryan started his career for Haden Young (Balfour Beatty) in the UK, training as a MEP quantity surveyor through their dedicated training programme where he went on to lead numerous projects (Healthcare, Education and Retail) as a project quantity surveyor. Following this, he relocated to the UAE as MEP commercial lead on Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Expansion.
Employed by Khansaheb in 2019, Ryan was originally employed as Commercial Manager of the MEP division where he was later promoted to General Manager in 2021.
Through Ryan’s management and leadership, sound technical and commercial acumen, he is responsible for the strategic growth of the MEP division whilst ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality for our Clients. The MEP division works in conjunction with both our Construction and Interior Fit Out division offering a “One Khansaheb” delivery service.
