BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM)

BIM is a powerful tool for managing information on a construction project. We drive the use of BIM to reduce construction costs by reducing rework and design changes, eliminating service clashes, and improving coordination.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project management teams coordinate all aspects of complex construction projects between suppliers and subcontractors to consultants and the authorities. In short, they are responsible for delivering high quality projects to our clients on time and on budget.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Our team of Design Managers coordinate all elements of design principles and aspects; structural design to shop drawings, provide design detailing services and assist with the practical resolution of design issues. If BIMs are used, they run clash detection systems, produce walkthroughs and simulate congested areas to eliminate costly & time‑consuming design problems.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT

During the construction process, our planning teams are based in our sites to provide the team and clients with up to date progress and planning information. They facilitate on‑time delivery and coordination of design information, materials, subcontractors and equipment to achieve milestone dates and on budget delivery.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

We only work with the best suppliers and subcontractors available which enhances our ability to deliver projects successfully to our customers. All our major subcontractors and suppliers undergo an extensive pre‑qualification process to ensure their capabilities match those required by the project, and that they have the management systems and resources to deliver when needed. 

SUBCONTRACTOR & MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Post completion is an area of great focus for Khansaheb because we realize how important it is for our customers to get a building completed and in use quickly and efficiently as possible.

 
TENNANT LIAISON

We provide tenant liaison services to ensure that access is provided when planned, communication is clear and that tenants have fair use of material delivery routes, manage interfaces and the energizing of systems.

PROJECT CLOSE OUT

Our clients benefit from services such as statutory authority liaison and close out, “sparkle” cleaning services, early occupation, and many other aspects to closing out a project.

TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

Our operations team works alongside our suppliers and subcontractors during the project close out, particularly during testing and commissioning to transfer the knowledge gained during construction.

DEFECTS & LIABILITY PERIOD

We strive hard to ensure a defect free handover for all our projects but when we are unable to do so, we work with all parties to close out all of them as quickly as possible with minimal disruption and complete discretion at any time of the day or night.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

We provide high quality Facilities Management services that provides our clients with the confidence that their building is being managed and maintained by the same company that built it.  Moreover, future enhacements can be undertaken by the same team, with their in-depth knowledge of the building and its construction.
