Khansaheb Building Products Division offers a range of specialized Building Products and custom solutions to fit the client’s requirement.

Khansaheb Civil Engineering is an exclusive distributor of RECKLI, for UAE, Qatar and Oman since 1991, who produce textured form-liners and flexible mould making materials.

While we do not make concrete, a major part of our activities is in shaping the concrete for various cast-in-situ or pre-cast concrete finishes and also GRC/Gypsum/GRP/GRG finishes.

Formliners and Liquid Rubber

Reckli form-liners system has a proven track record of more than 35 years of application throughout the world and for over 12 years in the UAE and other GCC countries. Within the Reckli standard programme, we have more than 250 different patterns available in Germany.
Beside this wide range, we can also manufacture in Dubai special moulds to suit our clients’ own designs. All form-liners can be used over 100 times.

Concrete Surface Retarders

When producing washed concrete, mineral aggregate in a certain size range are added to the surface required to create this exposed-aggregate concrete. For the process of washing out the cement matrix destroyed by our surface retarders, you may choose to expose the external aggregate particles using the positive or negative process.

Nawtone Colour Stains

Reckli Nawtone Stains are water-based colour stains which can be rolled on, brushed or sprayed to all porous surfaces such as GRC, gypsum and precast concrete and also to any masonry surfaces like brick, block, mortar stucco and concrete.
