easyHotel @ JAFZA was the first hotel in a roll-out programme of new low budget, high value hotels.

The hotel comprises 216 guestrooms over six floors of which 6 rooms are provided for handicapped patrons.  A food and beverage outlet is provided on the ground floor.  Parking facilities also provided for 48 cars.

Following review the hotel has been awarded LEED Gold certification and is the first hotel in the United Arab Emirates to achieve this accolade.
