This project is located near Interchange no. 6 of Dubai - Al Ain road, covering an area of 25 square kilometres.

The main works involve 5 million M3 of bulk earthworks, 50 kilometres of non asphalt road, 9 kilometres of asphalt road and 150 kilometres of cabling for power and street lighting.
