This project consisted of an extension to the existing Ruler's Court offices.  Our works comprised the construction of a two level basement, ground floor and seven upper floors with a total built-up area of 12,803 M2.

Our scope included the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing installations, connecting with the existing systems, while ensuring no disruption to the existing systems.
